A. Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University is an unusual and amazing university. Though it cannot claim to be the oldest or largest university in our country, in terms of the number of bright victories and significant achievements in certain areas of activity of organizations of higher and postgraduate education, our comprehensive university is often not only not inferior to eminent universities but even surpasses them.
In our university, the longstanding traditions of academic excellence and successful innovation have been carefully preserved for many years. With our team of experienced and well-trained professors, the university is able to provide top-level education and research opportunities to its students, allowing them to reach their highest potential.
The rich and fascinating history of our university was naturally created by a large number of talented, strong-willed, and extraordinary people who loved their alma mater and worked here in the best traditions of national education. This history, which is still being written today, demonstrates our university has a long and proud tradition of excellence and innovation. The practical results of scientific research and development by ABKRU teachers in the fields of crop economics, sustainable agriculture, agrochemistry, soil science, microbiology, veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, plant and animal biotechnology, mechanization and electrification of agriculture, IT technologies, archeology, as well as humanitarian and pedagogical areas are widely applied in the republic.

Я, Дроздов Даниил Николаевич являюсь студентом 1-го курса Тюменского индустриального университета (ТИУ), направление подготовки «[05.03.01 Инженерная Геология]
В связи с личными обстоятельствами я рассматриваю возможность перевода для дальнейшего обучения в Вашем университете.
В этой связи, прошу Вас предоставить следующую информацию:
1. Возможность и условия перевода для студентоа после первого семестра обучения С гражданством РК
2. Перечень необходимых документов для оформления перевода (включая требования к апостилированию, нострификации и переводу документов).
3. Процедуру академического признания (перезачёта) изученных дисциплин и полученных кредитов из ТИУ. Готов предоставить детальный транскрипт для оценки.
5. Сроки подачи документов для перевода на следующий академический период (весенний семестр).
6. Вопросы по размещению: наличие общежития для иностранных студентов и стоимость проживания.
Буду очень благодарен за разъяснение указанных вопросов. Готов предоставить любые дополнительные документы и информацию из моего текущего университета для рассмотрения моей ситуации.

С уважением
1. Переводиться после первого семестра можно. Главное условие - полностью завершить учебный план первого семестра. Проще говоря, Вы должны сдать на положительные оценки все дисциплины первого семестра (без "неудов").
2. Для перевода к нам необходимо предоставить – копию образовательной лицензии Тюменского индустриального университета (ТИУ), заявление на имя ректора нашего университета, документ о Вашем предыдущем образовании (аттестат или диплом колледжа обязательно надо нострифицировать), выписка из приказа о зачислении в Тюменский индустриальный университет (ТИУ), выписка из приказа об отчислении из ТИУ в связи с переводом в другой вуз, академическая справка с результатами обучения за первый семестр с указанием полного количества часов по каждой дисциплине.
3. Ваши результаты обучения будут сопоставлены с учебным планом образовательной программы нашего университета, на которую Вы планируете перевестись. Перезачет осуществляет курирующая кафедра, учитывается объем и содержание освоенных дисциплин, результат пересчитывается по 100-балльной шкале. Подробно процедура перезачета регламентируется нашим внутренним нормативным документом «П 023-2024 О деятельности комиссии по признанию результатов обучения формального и неформального образования». Предварительно ознакомьтесь на нашем сайте в перечнем имеющихся образовательных программ бакалавриата и затем созвониться с деканатом факультета машиностроения, энергетики и информационных технологий (8-7142-55-85-17) образовательные программы
4. Перевод осуществляется в период каникул. В этом учебном году зимние каникулы с 05.01.2026 по 16.01.2025 (заявление надо подать до 13.01.2026). Если решите переводиться после первого курса, то ориентируйтесь на летние каникулы - с 08.06.2026 по 31.08.2026 (заявление надо подать до 25.08.2026);
5. Стоимость проживания в общежитии 16 000 тенге в месяц (в рублях примерно 2450 руб). Место будет.
В вашем случае нужно будет сдать следующие документы:
- заявление с перечнем прилагаемых документов;
- ксерокопия удостоверения личности;
- документ, подтверждающий статус родителей- инвалидов (I, II группы), св-во о смерти родителей.
Я подала несколько дней назад заявку на справку. Прошло столько дней а справка не подписана. Я уже в ЦоН несколько раз ходила. Звонила в вуз но трубку никто не берет. К кому мне теперь обратиться? Почему ваши работники не делают вовремя?
