A. Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University is an unusual and amazing university. Though it cannot claim to be the oldest or largest university in our country, in terms of the number of bright victories and significant achievements in certain areas of activity of organizations of higher and postgraduate education, our comprehensive university is often not only not inferior to eminent universities but even surpasses them.
In our university, the longstanding traditions of academic excellence and successful innovation have been carefully preserved for many years. With our team of experienced and well-trained professors, the university is able to provide top-level education and research opportunities to its students, allowing them to reach their highest potential.
The rich and fascinating history of our university was naturally created by a large number of talented, strong-willed, and extraordinary people who loved their alma mater and worked here in the best traditions of national education. This history, which is still being written today, demonstrates our university has a long and proud tradition of excellence and innovation. Keeping all that is good and bright that was passed down from senior colleagues, the current team closely follows advanced trends in science and innovation, actively develops itself and develops our university.
ABKRU graduates combine high professional qualifications with deep interdisciplinary knowledge. As a result, for several generations of residents of the Kostanay region who have studied here themselves, they undoubtedly bring their children and grandchildren to us. We are proud of the fact that, as a university, we have earned respect in the region and beyond.
The scientific and innovative work of the university is aimed at developing fundamental and applied research, creating science-intensive products, and meeting the specific needs of modern production and society. The practical results of scientific research and development by ABKRU teachers in the fields of crop economics, sustainable agriculture, agrochemistry, soil science, microbiology, veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, plant and animal biotechnology, mechanization and electrification of agriculture, IT technologies, archeology, as well as humanitarian and pedagogical areas are widely applied in the republic.
We strive to ensure that our students receive the highest-quality education and are successful in their future careers One of the leading activities of the university is international cooperation. Double degree programs, academic mobility, international scientific and academic projects are being implemented, and scientific events are being held with the active participation of foreign partners of the university.
According to the results of the annual rating, 80% of the academic programs of the university are ranked in the NCE "Atameken" and show a stable dynamic of indicators. Most importantly, the university is accredited, and all educational programs are 100% accredited. All this instantly confirms in the most efficient possible way that education at A. Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University is not only the acquisition of fundamental knowledge but also the formation of professional competencies; it is also compliance with the world's requirements for modern specialists.

Согласно п. 12 Договора об оказании образовательных услуг на платной основе, оплата обучения при поступлении, а также в последующие годы обучения может производиться единовременно либо поэтапно: не менее 30% — до 25 августа текущего года;
30% — до начала зимней экзаменационной сессии, но не позднее 1 декабря текущего учебного года;
40% — до начала летней экзаменационной сессии, но не позднее 1 мая текущего учебного года.
